We do not collect personally identifiable information about individuals—such as their names and postal and/or email addresses—except when it is knowingly provided by such individuals. When you make a purchase online in The Castle at The Frazier e-store we will ask you to provide only the personally identifiable information necessary to fulfill your order. For online orders, we require your email address so you can receive order and shipping confirmation emails and so we can communicate with you if we have difficulty processing your order.
