Shipping Policy
Most orders are shipped within 48 hours of placement. Shipping methods vary depending on customer location. Orders will be charged to credit card in full, including shipping and handling, when order is processed. We accept Mastercard and Visa. No C.O.D.’s accepted.
Return Policy
Returns may be made with prior authorization. All claims must be received within 10 days of receipt. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Customers may ship the return back at their own expense. RA number must be clearly written on outside of package. Customers will be charged shipping and handling for exchanged items. A $4 restocking fee may apply to some items. Credits will be issued within two billing cycles on returns. Customs and duty charges on international orders are non-refundable. Items returned must have original tags attached and returned with original packaging.
Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Customer is responsible for return postage.
